Sisters in Shape sponsers various
types of exercise classes at the SIS Fitness Gym in Philadelphia.
Each class features a top group fitness instructor from the Philadelphia

Sisters in Shape is available
to participate in various events, i.e., health fairs, fitness expos,
group discussions, conferences, community activities etc. We offer
lectures on the essentials of fitness as well as exercise classes
